The Philippine Campaign to Ban Landmines is a small, loose campaign group mainly nongovernmental persons and organizations which is affiliated with the International Campaign to Ban Landmines (ICBL), the 1997 Nobel Peace Prize awardee. PCBL's work has included influencing Philippine policy and foreign affairs, developing NGO diplomatic work and new methods of campaign, and international and regional networking, all as part of advocacy for peace and humanitarianism |
